We want you to feel completely confident purchasing ShopsTally Pro. If it's not the right fit for your shop, we'll refund you — no hoops, no hassle.
ShopsTally Pro is a one-time purchase license key (not a subscription), so there's nothing to cancel. This policy covers your right to a refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
It's simple:
- Email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include the email address you used to purchase
- We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days
You don't need to explain why. You don't need to jump through any loops. If you're within 30 days and you want a refund, you'll get one.
Eligibility
✅ You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You purchased a Pro license key within the last 30 days
- You contact us at [email protected] with your purchase email
❌ Refunds are not available if:
- More than 30 days have passed since your purchase date
- The license key has already been refunded previously
Edge cases: If you're outside the 30-day window but have a genuinely exceptional situation, reach out anyway — we'll do our best to work something out. We're a small team and we care about treating people fairly.
How Refunds Are Processed
Refunds are returned to the original payment method (credit or debit card) via Stripe, our payment processor. Processing time after we initiate the refund:
- Credit / debit cards: 5–10 business days to appear on your statement
- Stripe balance: Immediate (if applicable)
We'll confirm your refund by email once it's been initiated on our end.
After a Refund
Once your refund is processed, your license key will be deactivated. The free version of ShopsTally remains available to you — you can continue to use it to upload and analyze your CSV files at no cost.
About the Free Version
ShopsTally's core functionality — uploading your Etsy Payments CSV, viewing your income summary, and filtering by date range — is and will always be free. Pro features (tax calculator, accountant PDF export, multi-file upload) are the only paid features. We believe in being upfront about what costs money.
